Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a scientifically skilled professional to contribute to clinical development programs in hematology. You will provide input for study execution, author key documents, and help translate strategy into actionable deliverables across cross-functional teams.

The role involves medical oversight, data interpretation, and collaboration with CROs to ensure safety and data integrity, with potential leadership of development programs. Hybrid onsite requirement applies.

Qualifications

• PhD; Masters; or Bachelor in a Science related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MSc, PhD) preferred; PMP Certification mentioned.
• 4+ (PhD); 6+ (MS); 8+ (BS) years in R&D in biotech/pharma.
• 3+ years of clinical development research experience.
• Knowledge of drug development and manufacturing processes (CMC, non-clinical, clinical, Regulatory Affairs).

Responsibilities

• Contributes to scientific development of clinical development programs and studies in Hematology.
• Provides scientific and clinical input for safe, efficient execution of programs with high quality outputs.
• Author or contribute to program/study documents and training materials aligned with scientific strategy.
• Develops medical monitoring oversight strategy for safety and data integrity.
• May lead development of Clinical Development Program.
• Contributes to manuscripts, abstracts, etc.
• Collaborates with internal/external stakeholders to translate strategy into deliverables.
• Contributes to analysis/interpretation of clinical data and writing of reports/publications.
• Manages processes to support external study oversight committees.
