Digital Asset is seeking a Director of AI Security & Governance to lead the new function responsible for AI risk, security, governance, and regulatory reporting across the organization. You will sit in security, report to the CISO, and collaborate with Risk, Finance, People, and business leadership.

This is a build role with influence across multiple domains. The candidate should have 7+ years in information security or technology risk, deep understanding of LLMs, and experience with cloud AI

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrable understanding of how large language models and AI systems work, including security risks specific to AI.
• Experience translating AI risk into language for legal/compliance audiences.
• Strong written communication suitable for regulators, auditors, and investors.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the company’s AI architecture standards and intake process.
• Manage security controls, access governance, and incident response for AI systems.
• Own risk documentation and regulatory examination materials for AI deployments.
• Instrument AI infrastructure cost attribution and establish spend thresholds with cross-functional teams.
• Define AI competency expectations and update job architectures to include AI-related capabilities.
