Job summary

Foundation Life in Old Age Herisau is seeking a dedicated Diploma Nursing Specialist HF to join our team. You will accompany residents with compassion and expertise in their home, delivering individualized care and supporting daily routines.

You will contribute to professional care processes, employ ePDoc documentation, collaborate across disciplines, and choose shifts including mornings, evenings, or nights. A warm workplace with training and five to six weeks of vacation awaits.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a dipl. nursing specialist HF or an equivalent qualification with a diploma recognized in Switzerland.
• Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment of accompanying and caring for elderly people.
• Experience with nursing documentation ePDoc and familiarity with RAI LTCF; confident navigation in digital documentation.

• Accompany residents with heart, expertise, and a touch of humor in their home and take responsibility for individualized care and support.
• Shape the care process professionally and needs-oriented with your nursing expertise.
• Regularly take on daily responsibility and support your team with commitment and joy.
• Promote an appreciative, interdisciplinary collaboration and contribute to achieving the best for residents together.
• Choose shifts: mornings and evenings up to 9:15 PM or exclusive night shifts.
