Zusammenfassung

BOBST seeks a seasoned Change Management and Digital Workplace leader to drive the adoption of Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled ways of working across the Group. You will translate business needs into training and enablement programs, design curricula, and build a global promoter community to sustain behavioral change.

With 5+ years in digital transformation and stakeholder engagement, you will partner with business leaders to ensure scalable, responsible adoption and measurable value realization

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Digital/IT, Business Administration, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is an asset.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, digital adoption, Digital Workplace, Microsoft 365/AI adoption, learning & enablement, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale technology adoption and change initiatives.
• Experience designing and delivering communication, training, reinforcement, and champion programs.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience using adoption metrics, user feedback, and business-value indicators to drive improvements.
• Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent change management certification preferred
• Microsoft 365/Copilot certifications and practical experience with Copilot Studio or Power Platform are strong assets

Aufgaben

• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 & AI for everyone across the Group.
• Create, collect and format digital content to support user adoption and training.
• Promote AI fluency and modern productivity practices to increase efficiency, collaboration and enthusiasm.
• Gather, analyze and translate business needs into training and change-management plans.
• Design and deliver training paths, guides and enablement material for end users and local content managers.
• Lead change management for the new way of working and support user adoption of large digital projects.
• Build, animate and grow a worldwide community of promoters and local content managers.
• Improve communication efficiency of local content managers and adoption of the Group’s digital platforms.
• Define adoption, engagement and value-realization indicators with stakeholders.
• Capture and communicate business outcomes and success stories demonstrating value of Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled work.
• Manage various special Corporate Communications and transformation projects; provide guides, templates, and reference documents
