Job summary

Eraneos is seeking a highly motivated consultant to join our Lausanne team on a permanent contract working 80-100%. You will design digital transformation concepts, gather and document client requirements through workshops and interviews, and help turn ideas into practical IT and digital solutions.

You will collaborate with the team on deliverables and support project managers in execution, in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in natural sciences, business, economics or engineering (Master's preferred).
• French C1; fluent in English.
• Collaborative, structured, solution-oriented mindset; eager to grow and learn.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design of digital transformation concepts and solution approaches.
• Gather, structure, and document client requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops together with your team.
• Work collaboratively on project deliverables and help turn ideas into practical results.
• Support project managers in the development and implementation of IT and digital solutions.
