Job summary

Eraneos Switzerland AG in Lausanne is launching a permanent contract 80–100% for aspiring consultants ready to drive digital transformations. You will help design digital transformation concepts, gather client requirements through interviews and workshops, and assist in turning ideas into practical IT and digital solutions.

Qualifications

You are a good fit if you

• Hold a university degree in natural sciences, business, economics, or engineering, ideally at Master’s level
• Have French proficiency at C1 level and are fluent in English
• Bring a collaborative, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Are curious, open-minded, and motivated to grow both professionally and personally
• Are interested in a wide range of topics and excited to grow
• A plus
• You bring initial experience in project work or exposure to topics relevant to our core services, especially if you hold a Bachelor’s degree
