Körber Pharma seeks a Data Scientist (m/f/d) to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization and develop new data products for our service business. You will design reporting solutions and, in the future, apply process mining for optimization.

You will contribute to strategic decision-making by delivering insights, building data models, and implementing data-driven initiatives that strengthen our data culture and enable data-powered services across the company.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong passion for data, analytics, and business processes with excellent conceptual thinking.
• Strong technical capabilities and ability to solve complex business challenges in a structured manner.
• Good understanding of business contexts and ability to identify opportunities where data analytics can improve processes.
• Solid knowledge of data analysis methods and models.
• Confident with large datasets and experienced in using databases and data visualization tools.
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of SQL and practical experience with SAP; knowledge of Python is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly, persuasively, and in a stakeholder-oriented manner.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop data models based on SAP Datasphere.
• Create analytical dashboards and reports with defined KPIs in SAP Analytics Cloud and identify optimization opportunities based on the results.
• Implement, document, and roll out developed data models.
• Lead data-driven projects and initiatives as a Project Manager or Program Manager.
• Build and implement a Process Mining solution to enable root cause analyses.

Your role in our team

As a Data Scientist (m/f/d), you will drive data-driven decision-making across our organization. In the future, you will also support organizational development through the introduction and application of process mining tools for process analysis and optimization.
