Job summary

Bracco Suisse S.A. is seeking a proactive intern for the Global Customer Education & Training team to support the management of Bracco's learning ecosystem.

You will work with international stakeholders to enhance digital learning experiences, manage LMS content, and contribute to external professional education initiatives. The role focuses on LMS improvement, content creation, video production support, and global training coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education, digital learning, communications, marketing, business, a scientific discipline, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital learning technologies, AI, e-learning platforms, and content creation.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support harmonization and improvement of Bracco WebCampus (LMS).
• Assist in designing the new LMS homepage with global stakeholders.
• Harmonize training curricula and learning pathways globally.
• Support onboarding and learning framework deployment in the LMS environment.
• Support Bracco Global Academy for healthcare professionals and customers.
• Organize and maintain educational content, learning journeys, and digital resources.
• Assist in producing and editing educational videos using Vimeo and other tools.
• Support sales force readiness projects for international markets.
• Coordinate global training initiatives and educational campaigns.
• Monitor platform usage and adoption metrics to improve learner engagement.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and digitally minded intern to join our Global Customer Education & Training team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and management of Bracco's global learning ecosystem, supporting both internal and external education initiatives. The intern will work closely with international stakeholders to enhance digital learning experiences, optimize training platforms, and support the creation of engaging educational content for employees, customers, and healthcare professionals worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the continuous improvement and harmonization of WebCampus, Bracco's global Learning Management System (LMS).
• Contribute to the design and implementation of the new LMS homepage, coordinating with global stakeholders to ensure content consistency and user engagement.
• Support the harmonization of training curricula and learning pathways across global business functions and product areas.
• Assist in the deployment and adoption of onboarding and learning frameworks within the LMS environment.
• Support the management and evolution of Bracco Global Academy, Bracco's external educational platform dedicated to healthcare professionals and customers.
• Help organize and maintain educational content, learning journeys, and digital resources for global audiences.
• Support production and editing of educational videos using digital platforms such as Vimeo and other multimedia tools.
• Support sales force readiness initiatives, including projects for international markets.
• Assist with the coordination of global training initiatives and educational campaigns.
• Monitor platform usage and adoption metrics, helping identify opportunities to enhance learner engagement and training effectiveness.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, digital learning, communications, marketing, business, a scientific discipline, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital learning technologies, AI, e-learning platforms, and content creation.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
