Job summary

Bracco invites applications for a Digital Learning & Training Internship to join the Global Customer Education & Training team. The role focuses on developing Bracco's digital learning ecosystem, enhancing learning platforms, and producing engaging educational content for employees, customers, and healthcare professionals worldwide.

You will collaborate with international stakeholders to harmonize curricula, deploy onboarding frameworks, and contribute to Bracco Global Academy initiatives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, digital learning, communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital learning technologies, AI, e-learning platforms, and content creation.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the continuous improvement and harmonization of WebCampus, Bracco's global Learning Management System (LMS).
• Contribute to the design and implementation of the new LMS homepage, coordinating with global stakeholders.
• Support harmonization of training curricula and learning pathways across global functions.
• Assist in deployment and adoption of onboarding and learning frameworks within the LMS environment.
• Support management and evolution of Bracco Global Academy for healthcare professionals and customers.
• Help organize and maintain educational content, journeys, and digital resources for global audiences.
• Support production and editing of educational videos using Vimeo and other tools.
• Support sales force readiness initiatives, including international markets projects.
