Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a Working Student - Digital Communications (50%) to join our Group Functions division in Winterthur. You will help develop content for the intranet, assist in internal and external communications projects, and publish pages on the intranet while supporting the editorial team.

Ideal candidates are university students in Communications/Marketing, fluent in English and German, with a keen interest in digital channels, CMS, and analytics. This is a 50% role based in Winterthur.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital communication, social media, and content creation.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Tech-savvy: basic knowledge of content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools is an advantage.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team setting. Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English & German; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities
