You will collaborate with e-commerce, media, CRM, data and IT teams across regions, plan and execute tests, and translate results into actionable insights. Fluency in English is required and curiosity about AI is encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• Around 3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or digital analytics.
• Curious and eager to grow continously.
• Hands-on with data analysis, testing, and numbers.
• Confident with data and able to tell the story behind it.
• Clear communicator who enjoys presenting to international teams.
• Curious about AI and motivated to work on it in practice.
• Fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Research and analyze customer data, on-site behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and shape the testing roadmap.
• Plan and execute tests across websites, media campaigns, and customer communications — from set-up to launch.
• Measure and translate test outcomes into reports and actionable insights.
• Produce playbooks and clear documentation; train markets via community calls.
• Contribute to the build and deployment of customer-facing AI features.
