• Experience in global, matrix or cross-functional organisations.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and use performance data to drive improvements.
• Fluent English is required; additional European languages are an advantage.

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, manage dependencies, and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in content workflows and digital experience.
