Zusammenfassung

UBS in Zürich is seeking ambitious students to join the 2026 Internship Program within the Digital Assets Strategy & Reporting team. This paid internship lasts six months, starting 1 December 2026 (or by agreement).

You’ll work with senior stakeholders, develop management dashboards, and gain exposure to digital assets, AI and strategic business management. We welcome all majors with an interest in finance, strong English (German a plus), and a proactive mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Swiss GPA of 4.5 or higher is expected.
• Strong English skills; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist in coordination of strategic projects across banking divisions.
• Track initiatives, milestones, risks, and dependencies in the Digital Assets portfolio.
• Leverage AI and data analytics to improve reporting and decision-making.
• Support preparation of management reporting, dashboards and updates for Digital Assets leadership.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis on digital assets and related trends.
