Zusammenfassung

Swissquote is seeking a Compliance Officer to join the Legal & Compliance Department in the Monitoring Team. You will analyze transfers from an AML/CTF perspective and validate digital asset deposits and withdrawals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Compliance Monitoring, solid knowledge of Swiss banking laws, fluency in English and French (German a plus), and a proactive, collaborative mindset in a multicultural setting.

Qualifikationen

• Background in Law or Economics is advantageous.
• 3–5 years in Compliance Monitoring.
• Strong AML regulatory knowledge.
• Crypto knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French; German an asset.
• Ability to manage high workload and prioritize tasks.

Aufgaben

• Analyse and validate cash and security transfers from a compliance and AML perspective.
• Review digital asset deposits and withdrawals from an AML/CTF standpoint.
• Review High Risk Transactions; draft memos for clients.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence and transactional behavior analysis.
• Identify suspicious activity and escalate to relevant Compliance teams.
• Assess Source of Funds and Source of Wealth for digital assets.
• Participate in key regulatory projects.
