Zusammenfassung

Swissquote, a leading digital bank, seeks a Compliance Officer to join the Legal & Compliance Department in the Monitoring Team. You will analyze and validate cash and security transfers from an AML/CTF perspective and review digital asset deposits with due diligence.

You will perform enhanced due diligence, draft memos, escalate suspicious activity, and contribute to regulatory projects while working in a multicultural, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated in Laws or in Economics is a strong asset.
• 3-5 years of experience in the Compliance Monitoring.
• Good knowledge in Swiss banking and financial laws, especially in anti-money laundering regulations.
• Knowledge of crypto is an asset.
• Excellent command of English and French (German is a strong asset).
• Analytical and methodological approach.
• Proactivity and ability to prioritize tasks and manage high workloads.
• Flexible and able to handle a variety of tasks.
• Very good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong team player who enjoys working in multicultural, dynamic, technological and international environment.

Aufgaben

• Analysis and validation from a compliance and AML perspective of cash and security transfers.
• Review and validate digital asset deposits and withdrawals from an AML/CTF standpoint.
• Carry out reviews of transactions alerts qualified as High Risk Transactions, in particular from an AML/CTF standpoint. Perform in-depth clarifications to clients and draft documentation memos.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence and transactional behavior analysis.
• Identify and escalation potentially suspicious activities and sanctions-related exposure to the relevant Compliance teams.
• Assess and document clients’ digital asset-related Source of Funds and Source of Wealth.
• Participation in key regulatory projects.
