Swissquote is seeking a Compliance Officer - Monitoring for a 6-month term to join the Legal & Compliance Department in the Monitoring Team. You will analyze cash and security transfers for AML/CTF, review digital asset deposits and withdrawals, and perform enhanced due diligence and transaction analyses.

The role emphasizes identifying suspicious activity, documenting Source of Funds/Wealth, and collaborating on regulatory projects in a multicultural, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated in Laws or in Economics is a strong asset.
• 3-5 years of experience in the Compliance Monitoring.
• Good knowledge in Swiss banking and financial laws, especially in anti-money laundering regulations.
• Knowledge of crypto is an asset.
• Excellent command of English and French (German is a strong asset).
• Analytical and methodological approach.
• Proactivity and ability to prioritize tasks and manage high workloads.
• Flexible and able to handle a variety of tasks.
• Very good communication and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Analysis and validation from a compliance and AML perspective of cash and security transfers
• Review and validate digital asset deposits and withdrawals from an AML/CTF standpoint
• Carry out reviews of transaction alerts qualified as High Risk Transactions, in particular from an AML/CTF standpoint. Perform in-depth clarifications to clients and draft documentation memos
• Conduct enhanced due diligence and transactional behavior analysis
• Identify and escape potentially suspicious activities and sanctions-related exposure to the relevant Compliance teams
• Assess and document clients' digital asset-related Source of Funds and Source of Wealth
• Participation in key regulatory projects
