The candidate will design curricula, organize virtual and live trainings, and conduct knowledge checks, tailoring content to language levels.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in adult education within a commercial organization.
• Strong language skills in German, French and English.
• University degree or comparable executive training in adult education and/or coaching.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical / medical technology industry.
• Experience with state of the art training tools and methods.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement the training strategy for Austria and Switzerland.
• Align training with commercial leadership and the EMEA training organization.
• Identify training needs across the commercial organisation.
• Develop curricula using modern adult training methodologies.
• Organize virtual and face-to-face trainings.
• Conduct training sessions with attention to language levels of trainees.
• Implement regular knowledge checks and feedback loops.
