Squad is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer for its Geneva office to strengthen security across the software development lifecycle. You will work closely with platform developers to embed security controls, automate security tasks, and monitor production systems for intrusions and incidents.

You will define, implement, and maintain DevSecOps processes and dashboards, while ensuring timely response to alerts and collaboration with product teams. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

As part of the growth of our Swiss agency, we are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security tools and processes as part of continuous software development and deployment.
• Integrate security into the various phases of the application or software development lifecycle (planning, development, testing, and deployment).
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats and implement the necessary measures to address them with our clients.
• Automate security tasks to accelerate testing and deployments.
• Monitor production systems and applications to detect intrusions, vulnerabilities, and security incidents.
• Evaluate and select the appropriate security tools to meet the specific needs of our customers.
