Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience across the software delivery lifecycle and operating production systems.
• Proficiency with Python and shell scripting; GitLab CI/CD experience.
• Solid Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Hands-on with production systems and container platforms like Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Splunk.
• Clear communication to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, Linux/Windows, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, TLS.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated deployment workflows using Ansible and GitLab CI/CD.
• Define and continuously improve monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and runbooks.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, Shell, and related formats.
• Operate and support monitoring and job scheduling platforms such as Patrol, Elastic, Grafana, and Airflow.
• Take operational ownership of production services throughout their lifecycle.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response for production systems.
• Lead or contribute to post-incident reviews and reliability improvements.
