Antaes Consulting in Geneva is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong automation background to join our CI and Automation team. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining deployment pipelines and infrastructure automation in a regulated environment.

You will work across cloud and on‑prem environments, collaborate with software, infrastructure and operations teams, and contribute to architecture decisions while supporting occasional out‑of‑hours deployments as needed.

Qualifikationen

• At least 8 years of experience in DevOps, Software Engineering or automation-related roles.
• At least 2 years of experience within aerospace, finance or another highly regulated environment.
• Strong administrator-level knowledge of Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, RHEL and Windows.
• Extensive experience with Ansible, particularly around automation platform performance and scalability.
• Strong scripting capabilities.
• Experience with security topics across complex cloud and on-premise network environments.
• Solid software architecture and system design skills.
• Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent extensive professional experience.
• Fluent English at B2 level or above is required. Knowledge of additional Swiss languages would be an advantage.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong automation experience to join a Continuous Integration and Automation team in Geneva.

This position is suited to either an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong interest in software development, or a Software Engineer who has developed significant expertise in DevOps and infrastructure automation.

The role will focus on designing, implementing and maintaining deployment pipelines, infrastructure automation and configuration management practices within a highly regulated and safety-critical environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and maintaining CI/CD and deployment pipelines
