Job summary

Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz is seeking motivated device assemblers for diagnostic systems for a one-year assignment with extension potential. You will assemble modules and devices according to instructions, maintain GxP-compliant documentation, and support production goals.

The role requires completed technical training and at least two years in a technical environment, fluent German, basic IT skills, and a team-oriented, flexible mindset.

Qualifications

• Completed technical training or further education as listed.
• At least two years of professional experience in a technical environment within the last five years.
• Fluent German in spoken and written form is essential; English is an advantage.
• Understanding of complex instruments and high quality awareness.
• Team player, reliable and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Assemble modules and devices according to instructions.
• GxP-compliant documentation of assembly and testing activities.
• Inspect assembled products according to instructions (paper and/or electronic).
• Identify and document deviations or forward to PE/PQE.
• Rectify deviations or forward to specialists.
• Meet the production plan according to team leader specifications.
• Continuously optimise workflow to improve quality and efficiency (CIP).
• Ensure production of high-quality products and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support team leaders with administrative tasks (e.g. equipment management).
• Support other teams during capacity bottlenecks.

As a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner, Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz , we are immediately or by arrangement seeking motivated and committed device assemblers for diagnostic systems for a temporary assignment of one year with the option of extension.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assembly of modules and devices according to instructions
• GxP-compliant documentation of assembly and testing activities
• Inspection of assembled products according to instructions (paper) and/or electronic documentation
• Identifying and documenting deviations or forwarding to PE and PQE
• Rectifying deviations according to ANW or forwarding to specialists
• Meeting the production plan according to team leader specifications
• Continuous optimisation of workflow to improve quality and efficiency (CIP)
• Ensuring the production of high-quality products and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Supporting team leaders with administrative tasks (e.g. equipment management)
• Supporting other teams during capacity bottlenecks
