Six Senses Crans Montana is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to uphold our luxury kitchen standards in Crans-Montana, Switzerland. You will work across stations, preparing meats, seafood, vegetables and ensuring consistent quality and presentation.

Required: high school diploma or hospitality diploma, 2–4 years kitchen experience, fluent English, and Swiss work authorization. European passport or Swiss permit is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years kitchen experience in a full‑service outlet or similar setting.
• Knowledge of broiler equipment and meat/fish cookery; proficient knife skills; farm-to-table concept.
• Alcohol awareness certification or food handler card as required by local authorities.
• Fluent in English.
• European passport or Swiss work authorization.

Aufgaben

• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other items using kitchen equipment.
• Assume responsibility for quality of products served and adherence to portion sizes and standards.
• Check incoming produce against orders, records and specs.
• Follow standard cooking methods, plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes.
• Assist in controlling the outlet budget and maximize profitability.
• Adhere to Six Senses fire, hygiene and safety policies; keep workspace clean and well‑organized.
