Zusammenfassung

WinGD Ltd. in Winterthur, Switzerland, seeks a Delivery Program Manager to orchestrate the planning and coordination of our integrated energy solutions portfolio.

From the shipyards, you’ll keep drawings, documentation and schedules moving, coordinate vendors across Europe, and align inputs into one clear view. You bring deep marine project-management experience, strong scheduling, vendor coordination, and a track record in technical delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Deep, hands-on knowledge of how shipyard projects run and delivery.
• Ability to plan and keep schedules and documentation on track.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors and drawings across projects.
• Track record in marine, shipbuilding or capital-equipment delivery.
• Technical superintendent or ship-repair experience is highly relevant.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Comfort across Switzerland and Asian time zones and cultures.

Aufgaben

• Own the consolidated view of the delivery portfolio - status, schedule, forecast, resourcing and risk.
• Consolidate inputs from regional PMs into one project-management tool.
• Keep plans current as timelines shift; re-plan and flag slippage early.
• Coordinate drawings and technical documentation with engineering teams and partners.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors in Europe on scope and lead times.
• Provide back-office planning to regional teams abroad to stay focused on shipyard relations.
• Run Europe- and retrofit-projects directly, and act as PM as needed.
