THEMA Consulting is seeking a Delivery / Functional Consultant (Junior to Senior) to implement MasterFinance at client sites from our Lugano headquarters. You will analyze client requirements, translate them into functional specs, design data mappings and interfaces, and guide testing and go-live alongside our product team.

Ideal candidates combine financial product knowledge with software delivery experience, with fluency in Italian and English; German/French are a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or similar field. Master’s in Finance is a strong plus.
• 1–4 years in financial services, consulting or financial software, with hands-on experience in instruments or testing.
• Fluent Italian and English; German/French a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyze client requirements and translate into functional specs and platform configuration.
• Design data mappings and interfaces between MasterFinance and market data, trading, settlement and accounting systems.
• Plan and run SIT/UAT testing, manage defects and support go-live.
• Design, test and validate platform enhancements with Product team.
• Act as functional reference for clients, producing documentation and post-deployment support.
