Deloitte AG in Zurich is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive operational due diligence and value creation across the M&A lifecycle. You will partner with corporate and private equity teams, shaping strategic thinking and translating analyses into actionable recommendations.

You will own analyses, workstreams and client interactions, focusing on revenue growth, cost optimization and synergies, while collaborating with colleagues across Deloitte’s deal transformation practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, finance, engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of relevant M&A experience in due diligence or value creation.
• Experience in operational due diligence and synergies identification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in professional settings.

Responsabilités

• Drive day-to-day delivery of analyses and workstreams in M&A value creation and pre-deal due diligence.
• Conduct operational due diligence, baselining and insights for client deliverables.
• Support PE and corporate clients in assessing acquisition targets.
• Assess potential merger synergies and carve-out impacts.
• Prepare for client interviews and workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Synthesize information into evidence-based value creation narratives.
• Coordinate with junior colleagues and management.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and client materials.
