Zusammenfassung

Körber Pharma seeks a Data Scientist (m/f/d) to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will design and develop new data products for our service business with a focus on company-wide reporting, and support organizational development through process mining tools for analysis and optimization.

You will deliver insights from analyses to support strategic decisions, strengthening a data-driven culture and enabling data-powered services across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong passion for data, analytics, and business processes, with excellent conceptual thinking skills
• Strong technical capabilities and the ability to solve complex business challenges in a structured manner
• Good understanding of business contexts and the ability to identify opportunities where data analytics can improve processes and performance
• Solid knowledge of data analysis methods and models
• Confident working with large datasets and experienced in using databases and data visualization tools
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of SQL and practical experience with SAP; knowledge of Python is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly, persuasively, and in a stakeholder-oriented manner

Aufgaben

• Design and develop data models based on SAP Datasphere
• Create analytical dashboards and reports with defined KPIs in SAP Analytics Cloud and identify optimization opportunities based on the results
• Implement, document, and roll out developed data models
• Lead data-driven projects and initiatives as a Project Manager or Program Manager
• Build and implement a Process Mining solution to enable root cause analyses
