Deutsche Bank in Zurich is seeking a Business Analyst and Project Manager to support Data & Analytics initiatives within Private Bank Switzerland. You will bridge business and IT, drive reporting, data quality, regulatory and remediation topics, and liaise with stakeholders across locations.

The role requires experience in project management, knowledge of private banking products, and proficiency in SQL and data warehousing. English communication and ethical AI use are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in project management across business and technical environments.
• Good knowledge of private banking products, services and processes, ideally within Wealth Management.
• Intermediate knowledge of database querying with SQL.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and related concepts.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Data & Analytics projects across three locations as Business Analyst and Project Manager, liaising with requestors, business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
• Understand data requirements from a content perspective, drive data discovery and analytics, and work with IT to create reports and interfaces.
• Perform analysis in Avaloq to understand business processes, data and requirements; interrogate data using SQL across banking and investment products, transactions and performance.
• Prepare functional specifications, including data selection criteria, for developers and perform testing of the results.
• Create audit-ready documentation in collaboration with the IT delivery team.
• Design data quality controls and ensure their implementation.
• Analyze reported issues in databases and source systems to identify functional problems and data gaps.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, with responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
