FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association) seeks a Cybersecurity Manager to design and operate security systems across its digital ecosystem, ensuring secure product development and risk remediation. You will lead vulnerability management, coordinate cloud security, and advise on security architecture for IT and business solutions.

The role requires 5–7 years in cybersecurity, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel for events.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record crafting security policies and guiding teams through secure deployment.
• Familiar with NIST, ISO, GDPR, PCI DSS, FedRAMP compliance.
• Experience securing cloud technologies and handling secure development lifecycles.
• Strong project management and clear, structured communication.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Fluent English; other FIFA languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, test, and operationalize security systems in FIFA environments.
• Assist Product Managers to ensure cybersecurity across digital products.
• Lead vulnerability management, patching, tests, and third-party risk remediation.
• Provide security architecture consulting for business and IT solutions.
• Review AI concepts and processes for security implications.
• Monitor and improve current security measures; respond to breaches.
• Coordinate Cloud Security standards and remediation plans.
• Plan regular system tests and continuous information security monitoring.
• Execute Cybersecurity Programme per Roadmap; support incidents and drills.
• Plan, execute, and deliver on time within scope and budget on assigned projects.
