Job summary

KPMG Switzerland is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager in Cyber Security Services in Geneva. The role focuses on security assessments across IT/OT landscapes, helping clients strengthen cyber posture in network, infrastructure, and applications.

You will engage with executives on strategic cyber maturity and drive cross-functional security architecture initiatives. The position emphasizes leadership of multidisciplinary teams, strong communication in French and English, and active involvement

Qualifications

Degree in information technology or computer science (EPFL/EPFZ or equivalent preferred).
Minimum of 8 years' experience in information security (architecture, policy development and incident handling).
Minimum of 8 years' experience in managing large scale and interdisciplinary projects and teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct security assessments of client IT/OT landscapes and third parties using international frameworks.
Help clients improve cyber security posture across network, infrastructure, and applications.
Strategically advise on cyber maturity development and governance with executives.
Analyze complex enterprise environments from a cyber security perspective.
Define security architecture requirements with architects and IT stakeholders.
Support business development, draft proposals, and build a client network in Western Switzerland.
