Job summary

KPMG Schweiz AG in Geneva is seeking an Engagement Manager for external IT audits tied to financial statements and regulatory reviews. You will lead IT assurance engagements, ensure independent control assessments, and advise on IT risk governance and regulatory compliance across IT/Cyber, data, BCM and resilience domains.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of professional IT audits, risk advisory or IT consulting for financial services.
• Experience in Big4 or IT consulting environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of FS regulatory (banking/AM/insurance) work is an asset.
• Experience leading client engagements in IT assurance/risk advisory.
• Strong risk & compliance know-how and awareness of technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Act as Engagement Manager for external IT audits related to financial statements and regulatory audits.
• Manage IT assurance engagements (ISAE3402, ISAE3000) to provide independent assurance on controls.
• Provide advisory in IT risk management and IT regulatory compliance across IT domains.
• Support digital transformation projects for banking clients in IT risk governance.
• Develop consulting solutions and drive improvement and innovation.
• Identify opportunities, build client relationships, and assist with proposals.
• Manage relationships and coach junior team members.
