Job summary

PwC Switzerland seeks a Manager/Senior Manager Cyber Security Architect to design and deliver robust security architectures across cloud, OT, data, and network domains. You will lead architecture workstreams, guide client teams, and shape strategic security roadmaps in a dynamic transformation context.

You will mentor colleagues, collaborate with risk and compliance, and present complex concepts to executives. Fluent English is required; German or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in information security architecture, with at least 4 years dedicated to security architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/Business IT or a related field; certifications such as CISSP, SABSA, CISM, TOGAF, or CCSP are highly desirable.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and deployment of security tooling is a strong plus.
• Good mentorship and team-building skills.
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts in business context to a broad range of audiences.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with executive stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; German or French are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide the design and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity architectures for clients.
• Lead security architecture on projects, providing expert guidance on Zero Trust, Network, OT, Data & Cloud.
• Assess client cybersecurity posture and provide strategic recommendations aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with client IT, risk, and compliance teams to integrate security solutions into business processes.
• Conduct security risk assessments and threat modeling to guide architecture decisions.
• Participate in proposals, client presentations, and workshops to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Cultivate a client network and act as the go-to security advisor within PwC.
• Coach and develop team members on their career paths and growth strategy.
