CB Talents seeks a Customer Success Agent fluent in German and with B2-level Spanish to join our vibrant EMEA support team in Madrid or Valencia. This on-site role blends language passion with customer care, helping clients maximise value from our projects.

You will engage with customers across schedules, including morning, afternoon and some night shifts (Madrid). The role offers a dynamic environment and growth opportunities within a global company, while you enjoy Spain’s lifestyle.

  • Afternoon Shift: 14:00-24:00
  • Night Shift (Madrid Only): 22:00-07:00
