Cornèr Banca SA in Lugano/Zurich seeks an experienced data analytics professional to join a dynamic banking team. You will collaborate with marketing and transformation specialists to translate data needs into actionable insights and analytics solutions.

You will build customer behavioral profiles, apply ML and statistical methods, develop data pipelines, and create BI dashboards to monitor KPIs and digital initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Very strong background in data analysis, including multivariate statistical methods and forecasting models.
• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, in the financial Industry is an advantage.
• Excellent skills in working with relational databases; proven advanced SQL knowledge, with BigQuery is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of the programming language Python and the related libraries for scientific computing (in particular pandas, numpy and scikit-learn)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of a modern BI tool like MS Power BI is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the IBM SPSS data analytics software or similar is an advantage.
• Analytical and solution oriented mindset, excellent problem solving abilities
• Self-motivated and proactive personality
• Outstanding communication skills. Fluent in Italian & English, German an advantage

Aufgaben

• Work closely with marketing and digital transformation specialists to understand data needs for marketing strategies.
• Develop customer behavioral profiling based on demographic, product usage and multi-channel touchpoints data.
• Utilize machine learning, statistical modeling and feature engineering to develop response predictive models.
• Develop robust scheduled data feeding procedures by extracting data from multiple data sources, perform data preparation and apply ML models.
• Develop BI dashboards to track customer portfolio KPIs, digital adoption and marketing initiatives performance
• Become the data steward of reference for customers and touchpoint data; collaborate with Information Management specialists to ensure data integrity and effective data modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely together with marketing and digital transformation specialists to understand their needs in terms of data to operate and steer their marketing strategies.
• Develop customer behavioral profiling based on demographic, product usage and and multi-channel touchpoints data (from digital to call center).
• Utilize machine learning, statistical modeling and feature engineering techniques to develop powerful response predictive models that anticipate customer responses and behaviors.
• Develop robust scheduled data feeding procedures by extracting data from multiple data sources, perform data preparation and apply ML models.
• Develop Business Intelligence dashboards to track customer portfolio KPIs, digital adoption and marketing initiatives performance
