Job summary

Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager / Construction Surveyor to join an active data centre project near Zurich. You will support day-to-day delivery, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and monitor progress, quality, and safety on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong construction background and Swiss German language skills preferred, with an ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management or surveyor role.
• Proven ability to coordinate with contractors and consultants.
• On-site delivery monitoring of progress, quality, safety and programme.
• Comfortable in fast-paced site environments.
• Swiss German language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management and delivery of CSA construction works.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and wider project team.
• Monitor progress, quality, programme and compliance on site.
• Help resolve construction issues and keep activities moving in line with project requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the wider delivery team to ensure works are completed safely and to the required standard.
