Job summary

Harding+ is seeking experienced Watch Sales Specialists to join our onboard retail teams, selling premium and luxury watches to guests on cruise ships worldwide. You will guide guests through high-value purchases with product knowledge and confident presentation, while maintaining presentation standards and supporting stock and compliance.

You will live and work at sea, travel the world, and participate in events, promotions and training designed to grow your sales career in a unique cruise

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling luxury watches.
• Knowledge of premium or Swiss watch brands.
• Ability to guide guests through high-value purchases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium guest experience and maximise watch sales onboard.
• Introduce guests to brands, explain features and value, and guide ownership vision.
• Support onboard events, stock, and brand knowledge sharing with the team.
