Harding+ seeks an experienced Watch Sales Specialist to join onboard retail teams and deliver a premium guest experience while maximising watch sales across luxury brands. You will guide guests through high-value purchases, present products confidently, and participate in events to drive engagement and sales.

You’ll live onboard, travel with cruise itineraries, and collaborate with a close-knit team to ensure exceptional service for guests from around the world.

Competenze

• Proven experience selling luxury watches.
• Ability to guide high-value purchases with expertise and care.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfort working at sea and living onboard for extended contracts.

Mansioni

• Deliver a premium guest experience and maximise watch sales onboard.
• Welcome guests, understand their needs, and recommend pieces aligned with style, occasion or collection.
• Explain features and value, invite guests to try pieces, and guide ownership journey.
• Lead product presentations, seminars or guest events and generate leads.
• Maintain excellent product presentation, support stock and compliance, and share knowledge with the team.
• Build trust with guests and adapt to the dynamic onboard environment.
