Harding+ is recruiting a French-speaking Retail Sales Associate to sell premium brands onboard cruise ships. You will travel the world, create immersive guest experiences, and promote luxury products through events and showcases.

You should have strong luxury retail experience, excellent customer service, and a proven ability to meet sales targets while adapting to a high-pressure, travel-heavy environment.

Formación

• Experience in luxury or premium product sales.
• Excellent face-to-face customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel and adapt to a high-pressure cruise environment.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Fluency in French is required.

Responsabilidades

• Live and work on a cruise ship for up to 6 months.
• Promote premium brands and maximise sales through events.
• Develop product knowledge and brand story.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences on board.
• Participate in on-board promotions and fashion shows.
