Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end customs clearance activities for cross-border import and export operations between Switzerland and France.
• Prepare and process customs declarations for a diverse customer base.
• Coordinate customs documentation, transit procedures, export/import filings, and special regimes.
• Support customers and drivers by guiding on customs requirements and documentation.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion and closure of transit and customs files.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update operational systems with customs data.
• Liaise with customs authorities, tax representatives, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct administrative controls and resolve discrepancies; manage cash handling and filing of documents.
