Cross Border Talents in Essen seeks an AI Prompt Evaluator fluent in Croatian with strong English to join a fast-growing AI team. You will develop and edit Croatian prompts for AI applications, ensuring accuracy and natural dialogues, while helping improve system performance.

The role is full-time and on-site in Essen, with relocation support (two months of accommodation and travel reimbursement up to 250). A Bachelor's degree is required, and German work permit is necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluency in Croatian and at least B2 English.
• Strong writing, grammar and creativity skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Essen (German work permit required).

Responsibilities

• Develop and edit creative prompts in Croatian for AI applications.
• Ensure factual accuracy, style consistency, and natural conversation flows.
• Evaluate short-form content and contribute to system improvements.
• Work on engaging dialogues across various topics (some may be sensitive).
• Help refine AI speech technologies used globally.
