VisilabGroup is seeking a proactive CRM intern to join the Marketing team at Meyrin. You will contribute from Day 1 on exciting CRM projects, supporting campaign performance analysis and activation across global and local stakeholders.

The 6-month internship requires a Master’s student in Economics/Business/Marketing, strong Excel skills, English fluency, and willingness to take ownership in a fast-paced retail environment. GenevaHQ, with flexible cross-functional collaboration, awaits you.

We are offering you the opportunity to join our Marketing department as:

CRM INTERN_m/f (100%)_Geneva

6-MONTH INTERNSHIP

We are looking for passionate and motivated, curious and entrepreneurial talents, to join us at our Headquarter at Meyrin. You will have the chance to give your contribution, being involved from Day 1 in exciting projects aimed at continuously enhancing our banners' presence in the world.

• Analyse campaign performance and contribute to weekly reporting
• Contribute to campaign testing and approval processes
• Coordinate campaign scheduling across different tools
• Prepare and deliver materials required for campaign development
• Participate in testing and UAT for specific CRM projects
• Coordinate CRM project activation by liaising with various global and local stakeholders

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a genuine interest in quantitative analysis
• Excellent Excel skills and strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, MS Project and Outlook
• Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French, German or Italian is an advantage
• Strong academic track record with a high level of motivation and ambition
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking on new challenges
• A collaborative team player who values working with others
• International study or work experience is considered a plus

Languages:

• French, German or Italian is a plus
