Zusammenfassung

Partners Group in Baar, CH is hiring a Business Analyst focused on running, developing and optimizing PRIMERA Connect CRM for the investment platform. You will gather stakeholder needs, translate them into specifications and collaborate with developers to implement data entry and reporting capabilities across pipelines and relationship management.

Beyond analytics, you will manage the CRM implementation budget, ensure governance and data retention, and support Investment Office tasks.

Qualifikationen

• 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, project management and / or investment operations, ideally with software implementation experience.
• Strong interest in investment data, digital tools and AI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.

• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Help stakeholders define their needs, develop solutions that meet those needs and write specifications accordingly; ensure capabilities built for one or more stakeholders can be leveraged across the platform where appropriate
• Test and sign off on newly built functionalities prior to release; coordinate the release cycle with Partners Group's technology team and external consultants; support with data migration and change management where required
• Safeguard the stability of the PRIMERA Connect platform by ensuring that the data model remains fit-for-purpose and consistent, and by ensuring that the impact of changes to the system are thoroughly analyzed and tested prior to release
• Coordinate with Partners Group's Technology team to ensure that PRIMERA Connect remains well embedded into Partners Group's overall technology architecture and landscape
• Ensure compliance with Partners Group's framework on information sharing within the platform, as well as with data retention rules
• Manage the external consultants responsible for supporting Partners Group's investment teams on the PRIMERA Connect implementation. Lead the ongoing vendor oversight, including performance monitoring both of the overall vendor and the individual consultants / engineers
• Manage the CRM implementation budget, as well as drive contract renewals and negotiations

Business Analyst - Investment Platform & Operations

What it's about

For our global investment platform, we are seeking a Business Analyst with focus on running, developing and optimizing our CRM solution, PRIMERA Connect. In this role, you will work independently with business stakeholders across our investment platform as well as with software developers to implement and refine the data entry and reporting capabilities investment teams require in PRIMERA Connect, both for investment pipeline and relationship management purposes.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing the CRM implementation budget and ensuring compliance with the PRIMERA Connect operating model (permissions management, data retention, data governance). As part of a small, hands‑on team, you will furthermore dedicate approximately 20% of your time to supporting the Investment Office on business management related tasks. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with a flair for technology, AI and data and strong stakeholder skills, who thrives when delivering creative solutions that generate value for internal clients.

Responsibilities:
