lastminute.com is seeking a CRM Application Engineer to join our hybrid Switzerland-based tech team in Chiasso. You will optimize the CRM landscape, enable data-driven workflows, and support travel-scale customer care operations.

You will bridge business needs with technical delivery, maintain CRM integrations, and drive platform reliability and continuous improvement across channels. English fluency and Agile experience are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years in a CRM-centric technical role (Analyst or Administrator).
• Experience with data structures, user access, and API-driven integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• SQL and scripting proficiency.
• Strong data-driven analytical mindset and communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Background supporting Customer Care or Customer Success domains.
• Experience within agile development frameworks.
• Experience configuring/managing VTENext, Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus.
• Knowledge of AWS infrastructure/services and GitLab pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI-driven service tech and advanced automation solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary link between business units and technical delivery teams for CRM initiatives.
• Translate high-level business goals into functional technical specifications and process enhancements.
• Manage configuration, maintenance, and integration of core CRM tools and automated sequences.
• Maintain rigorous data integrity and system reliability across customer touchpoints.
• Evaluate platform performance and pursue continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to implement new functionalities and complex integrations.
• Direct incident management efforts, including root-cause investigations and resolution of technical hurdles.
