This hands-on, high-ownership role offers the chance to shape IT operations, improve the employee experience, and leverage AI to drive efficiency and scalability. Based in Lausanne, you will join a collaborative team and expand responsibilities over time.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in Corporate IT / Systems Engineering / IT Operations.
• Experience with Windows and macOS device management.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud collaboration, and IT security.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and security tools.
• Scripting, automation, and Infrastructure as Code.

Aufgaben

• Own and improve the Corporate IT environment for security, reliability and scalability.
• Manage endpoints, networks, identities, apps and cloud services.
• Oversee Windows and macOS environments, device management, patching and compliance.
• Improve IT support processes and employee experience.
• Collaborate on automation initiatives and incident management.
