Swibeco SA, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, seeks an experienced Corporate IT Engineer to own and evolve the internal IT landscape. You will manage endpoints, identities, cloud services, and security while driving automation and AI-powered improvements for efficiency and scalability.

You will report to the Lead Infrastructure & DevOps and have opportunities to expand into broader infrastructure duties as the company grows, collaborating closely with IT vendors and engineering teams.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in Corporate IT, Systems Engineering, IT Operations or a similar role.
• Experience managing Windows and macOS environments, including device and identity management.
• Good knowledge of corporate networking, cloud collaboration platforms and modern IT security practices.
• Experience with scripting, automation and Infrastructure/Configuration as Code.

About the role

Tosupport our ambition, we are looking for an experienced Corporate ITEngineer to own and evolve our internal IT environment, from systems andworkplace technology to security, support and automation.

Thisis a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys combiningday-to-day IT operations with longer-term improvements. You will have theopportunity to shape how Corporate IT operates, improve the employeeexperience, and use AI and automation to make IT simpler, more efficient andscalable.

Asthe company grows, the role also offers opportunities to expand into broaderInfrastructureduties collaboration.

Therole reports to the Lead Infrastructure & DevOps and is based in Lausanne. As part of the team, youwill have the opportunity to collaborate on broader technical initiatives andexpand your knowledge in these areas.

Key Responsibilities

Yourmission will be to own and continuously improve our Corporate IT environment,ensuring it is secure, reliable and scalable while providing a great experiencefor employees.

Corporate IT, Systems & Security

• Ownand evolve the company's IT environment, including endpoints, networks,identities, business applications and cloud services.
• ManageWindows and macOS environments, including device management, access, patchingand compliance.
• Implementand maintain security standards across endpoints, identities, networks anddata.
• Ensurethe reliability, availability and security of critical IT services.
• Maintainclear IT architecture, documentation, procedures and policies.

IT Operations & Employee Experience

• Owninternal IT support and the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and accessmanagement to offboarding.
• Managehardware, software and licenses throughout their lifecycle, includingpurchasing, renewals and cost optimization.
• Managerelationships with IT vendors, service providers and technology partners.
• Continuouslyimprove IT support processes, resolution times and the overall employeeexperience.
• Contributeto incident management, compliance and operational continuity.

Automation & IT Evolution

• Adoptan automation and code-first approach to IT operations, using scripting, APIsand Infrastructure/Configuration as Code wherever appropriate.
• Evaluateand introduce technologies that improve security, reliability, efficiency oremployee experience.
• Collaboratewith Infrastructure and Engineering on initiatives that connect Corporate ITwith broader cloud and infrastructure environments.

• 4+years of experience in Corporate IT, Systems Engineering, IT Operations or asimilar role.
• Experiencemanaging Windows and macOS environments, including device and identitymanagement.
