Job summary

FICOBA SA in Geneva is seeking a Corporate Actions Funds professional (m/f) to manage and oversee corporate action events for clients in Private Wealth. You will coordinate with custodians, fund managers, and external providers to ensure accurate processing and timely updates.

• Create adequate corporate actions in the corporate action database.
• Answer questions from Relationship Managers and clients.
• Write announcements to Relationship Managers and Clients.
• Collect and follow up on instructions.
• Transmit instructions to correspondents and fund managers; ensure safe delivery and acceptance.
• Book corporate actions events in client accounts.
• Review overnight bookings.
• Follow up on lifecycle of a Corporate Action.
• Collaborate with team members across pools.

For a premium Private Wealth Management entity, I am looking for a Corporate Actions Funds - M/F

Responsibilities

• Cross analyze information received: custodians swifts, agent/Funds prospectus and financial providers (such as Bloomberg, Telekurs)


• Create adequate corporate event in the corporate action database


• Answer to questions from Relationship Managers, other internal departments, external parties including clients.


• Write announcement to Relationship Managers and Clients


• Collect and follow up on instructions


• Transmit instructions to our correspondents, Funds manager and/or other external parties, control of their safe delivery and acceptance


• Book corporate actions events in clients’ accounts (cash and/or securities)


• Review the overnight bookings


• Follow-up on various topics and issues over the lifecycle of a Corporate Action


• Interchange from one pool to the other, depending on needs


• Collaborate with others team members outside the assigned pool
