Red Bull in Switzerland seeks a Sport Marketing Event Specialist to develop partnerships and activate the brand across core sports, including skate, bike and freestyle snow. You’ll work with event organizers, communities and key partners to create authentic experiences and drive brand presence.

You will lead activation concepts, coordinate logistics and engage stakeholders across local events. Travel within Switzerland and weekend work are expected, with a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of experience in sports marketing, event management, agencies, associations or related industries.
• Passion for Skate, Bike and Freestyle Snow with a strong regional network in Switzerland.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and aligning priorities.
• Willingness to travel within CH and work weekends.
• Fluent in German; comfortable in English and French.

Aufgaben

• Core Sports Partnerships and Network: identify opportunities and shape collaborations from first conversation to implementation.
• Core Sports Activations: manage local events, activations and projects with partners and colleagues.
• Event Car Program: own activation concepts and coordinate deployments and logistics.
• Innovation & New Ideas: contribute to new formats, manage budgets and prepare reports.
