Zusammenfassung

Red Bull Switzerland is seeking a Sport Marketing Event Specialist to develop partnerships and activations in the core sports scene. You will grow our presence, activate the Brand across Switzerland, and own the Event Car Program throughout the year.

You will travel within CH and work weekends as needed, building relationships with organizers, communities and stakeholders to create authentic, impactful experiences in skate, bike and freestye snow.

Qualifikationen

• You have 1-3 years of experience within sports marketing, event management, agencies, sports organizations, associations or related industries.
• You are genuinely passionate about the Skate, Bike and Freestyle Snow scenes with a strong network in the communities.
• You have experience managing projects with stakeholders and keeping priorities aligned in a structured way.
• You are prepared to travel a lot (CH) and work weekends, with a hands-on attitude and relationship skills.
• You are fluent in German and comfortable communicating in English and French, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Core Sports Partnerships and Network: identify strategic opportunities and shape collaborations from first conversation to implementation.
• Core Sports Activations: own local events, partnerships, and activations from planning to execution.
• Event Car Program: manage activation concepts, deployments and logistics across Switzerland.
• Innovation & New Ideas: contribute to new formats, support budgeting, planning, and cross‑functional coordination.
