Antaes Consulting in Geneva is seeking an experienced Azure / Microsoft Integration Engineer focusing on Copilot Studio and AI agents. You will assess the existing integration landscape, design platform standards, and deliver production-ready Copilot Studio agents with APIs and connectors.

Strong governance, security, and deployment discipline are required, with collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions in production.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Graph, including delegated and application permissions.
• Solid experience with Azure Functions using C# and/or PowerShell.
• Experience designing and developing APIs and custom connectors.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, managed identities and application registrations.
• Experience with Power Platform solution management and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure integration environments.
• Good understanding of enterprise security, identity and governance principles.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services would be an advantage.

Your main responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Assessing the existing Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Graph and integration landscape.
• Defining and implementing platform standards, security, governance and best practices.
• Designing, building and deploying production-ready Copilot Studio agents.
• Developing supporting APIs, Azure Functions and custom connectors.
• Configuring and managing Microsoft Graph permissions, including delegated and application permissions.
• Managing Entra ID application registrations, managed identities and service identities.
• Implementing integration patterns between Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 and backend services.
• Managing Power Platform solutions and deployment practices.
• Delivering three predefined Copilot initiatives from technical design through production deployment.
• Producing technical documentation and ensuring knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required skills:

• You have a strong background as an Azure / Microsoft Integration Engineer, with hands‑on experience in Copilot Studio and AI agents.
• You are comfortable working across integration, identity, Microsoft Graph and backend development topics.
• You are autonomous and able to take ownership of solutions from assessment and design through production deployment.
• You have a strong delivery mindset and are comfortable working within short project timelines.
• You are structured, pragmatic and able to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• You have strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills.

Languages:

• French and/or German: strong advantage.
