As part of the opening of our new clinic in Martigny, we are looking for an 80% (progressive) Aesthetic Medicine Coordinator to join the Matignon adventure.

Your mission: Treat patients with professionalism while ensuring the smooth running of the clinic. You will also play a key role in the development of our group.

Your main responsibilities:

Patient care and support

• Welcome patients with professionalism and kindness (face‑to‑face, telephone and email).
• Manage diaries and make appointments for doctors and technicians.
• Inform patients about treatments and cosmetics adapted to their needs.
• Issue and collect invoices.

Day‑to‑day clinic management

• Open and close the clinic according to schedule.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure that consultations run smoothly.
• Actively contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of the clinic’s facilities to ensure a welcoming and impeccable environment for our patients.
• Carry out daily, weekly and monthly closing operations.
• Follow up statistics requested by the accounting department.
• Participate in inventory management and ordering of medical products.

Contributing to clinic development

• Participate in meetings organized by management.
• Proactively communicate any malfunctions and suggest improvements.

Your profile

• Experience in coordination, reception or administrative management, ideally in the medical, beauty or hotel sectors.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and reliable.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Team spirit and proactive attitude.
• Perfect command of French, English is an asset.
