Job summary

Medicall, a 24/7 Swiss emergency support provider, is hiring a Coordinator/Agent (m/f/d) for the night shift at 60%–80% in Wangen-Brüttisellen. You will be the first point of contact for emergency calls and connect with helpers and rescue services.

You speak Swiss German or German at native level with strong French, plus Italian and English. The role requires night work, flexibility for day shifts, empathy, composure under pressure, and a knack for IT systems.

Qualifications

• Swiss German or German at native level with very good French required.
• Good Italian and English skills preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and day shifts if needed.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure with empathy for others.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming emergency calls by phone.
• Provide assistance to elderly and senior citizens.
• Record customer concerns.
• Triage of emergency calls with private helpers or security/rescue forces.
• Ensure work safety of lone workers.

Main Responsibilities

• Receiving incoming emergency calls by phone

Your Skills and Talents

Swiss German or German at a native level and very good French skills are a must. Good Italian and English skills ideally complete your language profile

• You enjoy working at night, both on weekdays and weekends
• You are flexible and also take on day shifts if needed
• Quick comprehension to act effectively in emergency situations
• Robust stress resistance and the ability to keep a clear head in challenging situations
• Empathy and social sensitivity, especially when dealing with elderly people
